TA ace reporter Ornstein reported that Dortmund has reached an agreement to sign Wolves forward Fabio Silva, with a total transfer price of about 26.5 million euros.

It is reported that the transaction includes a down payment of 22.5 million euros and a floating clause of up to 4 million euros.
