Romano reported that Chelsea teenager Pais will join the Blues' sister team Strasbourg on loan.

Romano wrote: "Kendry Pais will join Strasbourg on loan and he will not be included in the World Cup roster."

"The club has confirmed the plan arranged by Pais, and they want to give players more playing time and then return to the Blues in a year."
